01Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how iPixxel Tech Private Limited ("iPixxel", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit ipixxel.com, contact us or use our services. Our registered office is at Ardent Office One, 2nd Floor, Unit S-1208, Hoodi Main Road, Hoodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048, India. We also have an office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), iPixxel is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.

02Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form, email or call us, or meet us, we may collect your name, work email address, phone number, company name, the services you are interested in and any details you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the website, we and our service providers may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent and the website that referred you. Some of this is collected through cookies (see section 10).

Client and project data. When we deliver a project or product for a client, any personal data we process on the client's behalf is governed by our agreement with that client, not by this policy.

• To send updates you have asked for. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep the website secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.

04Consent and lawful use

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form or contact us, or for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as responding to a request you made or complying with a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

05Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only when needed:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, analytics, customer relationship management and cloud infrastructure. They may use the data only to provide services to us.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors and accountants, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
• Business transfers, if iPixxel is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

06International transfers

We operate from India and the United Arab Emirates, and some service providers may store data in other countries. Where data is transferred outside India, we do so in line with applicable law and take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.

07How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. For example, enquiry details are kept while we are in discussion with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, and records we must keep by law are retained for the period the law requires. We then delete or anonymise the data.

08Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit and limited staff access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs, we will act as required by applicable law.

09Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you can:

• Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
• Ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed.
• Withdraw consent you have given.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

10Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use essential cookies needed for the website to work and, where enabled, analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site. Embedded content such as Google Maps may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as intended if you do.

11Children

This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12Third-party websites and products

The website links to other sites, such as social networks, maps, app stores and our product websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Our products, including iPixxelRealty, Eduwis and iPixxel HRMS, may have their own privacy notices and customer agreements, which apply when you use them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. If changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
